What this website collects, what it does not, and what happens to anything you send us.

The short version
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies. Every font, script, stylesheet and image is served from this domain, so loading a page does not tell any other company that you were here.
What the site stores in your browser
When you submit the policy review form, the entries are placed in your browser's own session storage so that the confirmation page can repeat them back to you. That data never leaves your device, is not readable by us, and is discarded when you close the tab. No other storage is used.
Information you send us deliberately
If you email or call us, we keep what you send in order to respond and to run a conflicts check. We treat prospective-client information as confidential in line with Colorado Rule of Professional Conduct 1.18, whether or not we end up representing you. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with marketing partners.
Please do not send documents you regard as highly sensitive until we have confirmed in writing that we can act for you. Until an attorney–client relationship exists, email is not a privileged channel.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become matters are retained for a limited period to support conflicts checking, then deleted. Files for clients are retained in accordance with our engagement agreement and Colorado professional obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. If deletion would conflict with a legal or professional obligation to retain a record, we will say so and explain why.
Children
This site is directed to adults seeking legal services and is not intended for children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described in plain language rather than buried in a revision.
